Welcome to the NYC Department of Finance Property Modeling Site

This is as a central reference for staff working on property valuation, modeling, and analysis. It brings together key components of our ongoing modeling efforts, including:

• Assessor Districts: Interactive tools and resources to understand jurisdictions for assessors by district, block and section volume.
• Model Specifications & Outputs: Documentation of the some of the models used in property valuation, including input assumptions, coefficients, and summary statistics.
• Data Dictionary: A shared reference for data sources and variable definitions across our data resources.
